Tim is the Founder and Director of Teensavers and has worked with adults, teens and pre-teens, as well as their families, for over 30 years.

- “The Power of Parental influence”
- Sought after speaker on adult addiction and parenting teenagers
- Doctorate in Metaphysics
- Certified Addiction Counselor
- Designed and opened the first adolescent addiction treatment program in Hong Kong in 1994
- Appearances on the Larry Elder Show, Good Morning Arizona and several local Los Angeles television and radio programs
- Expertise on adult and adolescent substance abuse, behavioral and emotional problems
Vinod Sodha, M.D.
Psychiatrist
Dr. Sodha has been with Teensavers since its inception. His specialty is in psychiatry with an emphasis on substance abuse problems, alcohol and drug detoxification, and rehabilitation. He works with patients who suffer from co-existing disorders (combined psychiatric and substance abuse issues), as well as those in need of specialized pain management while they are recovering from various forms of addiction.
Experience includes:
- Training at the University of Louisville in adult and child psychiatry
- Over 30 years of practice in Southern California
- Staff psychiatrist at Camarillo State hospital
- Staff psychiatrist at Brea Neuropsychiatric Hospital
- Staff psychiatrist at Western Medical Center

- Consultant to “Cedu” (a residential treatment program with over 100 beds for adolescents)

George Tucker, Ph.D.
Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Tucker has been involved with Teensavers for over 20 years as a psychologist. He is a specialist in psychological testing and evaluating learning disabilities, and is a thoughtful and gifted psychologist. He has a passion for working with people with learning disabilities and co-existing addiction problems.
Experience includes:
- Licensed by the State of California, Board of Behavioral Science Examiners
- Author of “Problem Children: It’s Not Always the Parent’s Fault” (available on Amazon.com)
- Works with the Orange County Health Care Agency and several Orange County high school districts
- Sought after speaker for corporations, television productions and community events
Kristen Dimeo, M.A.
Program Director
Kristen is the program director of day-to-day operations for Teensavers. She works closely with administration to maintain compliance with laws and ethics of addiction treatment.
Experience includes:
- Intake and treatment planning
- Liaison between Teensavers and the State of California Licensing Agency
- Graduate of Chapman University
- Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling
Jamie Staggs, CADC
Clinical Director
Jamie has been with Teensavers for over 10 years. He is a gifted counselor and directs all clinical operations with alcoholics, addicts and their family members. He is a street-smart and down-to-earth counselor who teaches by example and connects with our clients and their families instantaneously.

- Certified Addiction Counselor
- Working with many celebrities in the entertainment and music industry
Dan Chapman, CSAC
Director of Intervention
Dan has worked with adults, teens and their families for over 15 years. His caring and professional approach makes him 98 percent successful in convincing adults and teens to undergo treatment.
Experience includes:
- Training in addiction treatment and intervention at the V.A. hospital in Minneapolis in the late 1970s.
- Worked amongst industry leaders for nearly 20 years
- Certified Addiction Counselor with specialized training in adult and teen intervention
Roger Rainwater
Director of Native American Services
Roger is our expert in Native American services and has been with Teensavers for nearly 10 years as our liaison with many California Indian tribes.
Experience includes:
- Staff trainer for Native American tradition
- Working with many Native Americans clients who have come through Teensavers for addiction treatment
- Assisting the clinical staff in understanding traditional tribal methods
Michelle Stuart, CAS
Admissions Coordinator
Michelle is a Certified Addiction Counselor. She is one of the initial comforting voices when you or your loved one contacts Teensavers. She evaluates each person who calls individually and then refers them to the appropriate program staff member or other service.
Experience includes:
- Crisis management specialist
- Years of training and experience in de-escalating panic and crisis with individuals and their family members
- Experience in working with alcoholics, addicts, their family members and loved ones
Esther Chapman
Administrator
Esther has been the Administrator of Teensavers since its inception. She co-created the program as well as the business structure.
Experience includes:
- Heading up daily operations
- Policy and procedures
- Legal conformance and enforcement
- Training in business management in Belize
- Managed hotels, car dealerships and other organizations giving her a well-rounded perspective on human relations, as well as business operations
Berril Coakley, AS
Administrative Assistant
Berril is in charge of maintaining clinical records, and keeping up with policy changes and new laws.
She is an integral part of the management of confidential information as well as financial information for each client. Berril is a native of Belize where Chapman House, parent company of Teensavers, plans to open its tropical family program.
